Your Spirit Guide will teach and guide you in regards to lessons you set up for yourself for this life.
 

What are Spirit Guides?

Spirit Guides are entities or beings in the spirit realms or dimensions.  They chose to be our guides even before we were born. They have a map of our life and are here to guide us as we journey through our life. Spirit Guides have lived many lifetimes and gained much wisdom so they are able to assist us with many of our problems or decisions we face.  You can also have more than one Spirit Guide.  These other guides come and go as you proceed into your Spiritual expansion.  Your main Spirit Guide will never leave you.

Our Guides are at a higher frequency than we are so connecting with them can be a challenge.  You can connect telepathically or some times guides will use telekinesis to move objects to reinforce their connection with you.  They are beings of light that may physically appear to you in humanoid form so your mind can conceptualize them better.  Sometimes they show up in photographs as orbs of light. 

Our Spirit guides are here to teach and guide us in regards to the lesson we set up for ourselves for this life.  They will not give us more than we’re ready to receive.  Even after their counseling we still have to make our own decisions, right or wrong as they may be. 

We have unlimited number of Spirit Guides available at all times.  We can ask for help to teach us with specific lessons.  When we’ve complete that lesson, they will move one.  Loved ones that pass over can choose to act as our Guides either full-time or as needed. 

Spirit guides can help you heal yourself, bring loved ones who have passed over to help you with closure, help you with your spiritual mission, or help you with your creativity.

We are more inclined to meet our Spirit Guides during sleep.  That’s when our consciousness moves from third dimension to a higher frequency and connect with other realms of existence.

In this other realm, we work with our guides to plan what we will do in the physical realms.

Another way to receive direct communication with our guides is through automatic writing.  While meditating your guides will speak through your pen and paper. 

Other ways you know that Guides and Angels are around is through scents or specific odors, which there are no physical signs or explanations of the fragrance.  Or maybe distinct sounds like chimes or bells.

Do you ever get chills, energy brushes, or "Angel bumps?”  Other’s call them goose bumps.  Never underestimate any signs from the spirit world.  If you get any of these feelings, experiences, or signs, stop and listen.  They are trying to tell you something.  Clear your mind to receive their distinct message.
